A good friend of mine sent me a email the other day asking, "What's the deal with the bonsai blog? Are you still doing that, or have you moved on?"

I haven't posted on here in a while. It certainly isn't because I've abandoned this blog. Rather, a lot of things have been going on. I've been busy with planning the monthly activities for the Greater Louisville Bonsai Society as well as planning and organizing for the ABS/BCI 2011 conference, Bonsai in the Bluegrass. I've also been traveling back and forth to Ohio for the Bonsai Society of Greater Cincinnati meetings and Advanced Study Group with Ted Matson. And finally, I've just returned from another Bonsai Intensive with Boon Manakitivipart.

What does all this mean for the Matsu Bonsai blog? There will be a lot of new posts in the coming days and weeks. With the weather turning colder and the bonsai being put to bed for the winter there will be a lot more time for updates. Stay tuned for more updates.
